Title of Project: GRTE Jenny Lake Boat Shuttle Concession Water and Wastewater System Replacements Description: Grand Teton National Park (GRTE), Jenny Lake Boat Shuttle Concession Water and Wastewater System Replacements The Work includes construction of new water service constructed from the Exum Guides Facility to the Jenny Lake Boat Shuttle Concession. The work includes replacement of the Jenny Lake Boating Cabin septic system. Location of Work: Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming, USA Type of Procurement: A negotiated firm-fixed contract will be awarded in response to the solicitation. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price. Project Magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Time for contract completion: The period of performance will start on approximately 1 August 2023 and be completed by approximately 1 August 2024. This procurement is being solicited as total Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program Set-Aside (FAR 19.15). The small business size standard for NAICS 237110 is $45 million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
