Description

This planned development of 849 East Washington Ave includes the partial preservation of the existing Building, previously the Gardner Baking Company, and the development of a 9-14 story multifamily residential development. It will include below grade parking, retail in the existing Bakery building, automated parking system, and 214 residential units. Post-tensioned concrete structure from below grade to floor 4. Structural steel columns and mass timber structural decking on all levels above. As of March 2023, this project is now underway. An architect has been assigned. A general contractor has been selected. A construction timeline has not yet been confirmed. This project is poised to achieve LEED Gold certification.
