Description

Seeking services from a project team that will work collaboratively with city staff to review the Capital Improvement Projects for the Union Colony Civic Center, that relate to the patrons and performances. Reviewing the existing list of current staff recommended projects of which there are a total of 18. Identifying projects that could or should be combined, documenting the necessary order of any interdependent projects, and identification and development of any missing projects or elements. Within each project developing the scope, scale, provide rough timeline expectations, and an initial engineers estimate of budget from the defined scope and timeline assumptions.
