| Description | The Cass County Plan Commission will receive sealed bids for the demolition of structures located at: Lots numbered 103 and 104 in Engle Heights Addition to the City of Logansport, Cass County, Indiana, all as recorded in the Office of the Recorder, Cass County, Indiana, more commonly known as: 319 Northern Ave., Logansport, IN, 46947 In accordance with the specifications now on file in the office of the Cass County Plan Commission. Bids shall be on the form prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts and shall contain such statements as are required by law. A Bid Bond for Cass County or a Certified Check pay to the order of Cass County Treasurer in the amount of at least 10% of the bid must be filed with each bid in order for the bid to be considered with. The Cass County Planning Department or Logansport/Cass County Planning Department reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. |
