| Description | The City of Louisburg, Kan., is pleased to announce this Request for Proposals for traffic signal design/build services for a new signal located at the on- and offramp of U.S. 69 northbound to K-68/Amity within the city limits. Proposed consultant services include the preparation of plans, specifications and engineer's estimates related to the design of traffic signal at this location.
