Description | As of April 27, 2023, project was awarded to Lockwood Carpets but awarded amount is not available. Gloucester County is seeking quotations to provide all labor, materials, equipment, expertise, and supervision to remove approximately 2400 sq. ft. of VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) and replace with Eastern Flooring Heavyweight commercial grade 28 mill glue down laminate flooring product or approved equal. Flooring color will to be determined by County Staff later. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall provide labor, materials, expertise, and supervision to remove the existing floor product and replace the flooring SPECIFICATIONS: o Remove several furnishing items in the space to be remodeled as necessary. o Remove existing VCT tiles. o Patch and prep sub flooring as needed to include transitions from wood to concrete including thresholds. o Remove and replace shoe moldings. Install new primed LVP. o Provide a per sheet estimated price for Luan subfloor that may need replacement in bid. o Provide estimated number of days required for full completion of project. Ensure availability of product once selection has been made within 3 business days of award. An alternative more available choice may be considered due to supply constraints. Any revisions to the solicitation will be made only by addendum issued by the buyer and posted on the public posting board in Central Purchasing. It is the Bidder's sole responsibility to ensure they have obtained any and all addenda prior to submittal of their bid |
