Volunteer Fire Department (VFD) HVAC System - Forest Hills

All work under this Contract will be performed at the Forest Hills Borough Fire Department, located at 2067 Ardmore Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15221 Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. The Borough is located in Allegheny County approximately ten miles east of the downtown area of the City of Pittsburgh. The work under this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the performance of all rehabilitation as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work essentially includes, but not limited to, the following: A. The removal and disposal of all items to be replaced. B. Installation of New Furnace and Cooling Unit for Social Hall C. Installation of New Furnace and Cooling Unit for Office area, and Restrooms. D. All necessary temporary protection of the building to the extent necessary to protect the entire inside facilities from ANY damage. E. All necessary cleanup of the site. F. All necessary Site Restoration. G. All other related and required work and appurtenances.
