| Description | The Maryland Environmental Service (MES) is requesting BIDS from qualified contractors to supply and deliver fill material to the Masonville Dredged Material Containment Facility (DMCF). The Masonville DMCF is operated by MES for the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Port Administration (MDOT MPA). The fill material delivered to the DMCF will be used in the Phase II Dike Construction Project and various other fill projects at the Masonville Site. The site is accessible from 3030 Childs Street, Baltimore MD 21226 via the MES entrance road. See Figures 1 and 2 for the Project Location Site Plan and Dike Raising Access Plan. | ||
