| Description | Scope: Replacement of 24 wood doors with new Plain Sliced White Birch Prefinished Solid core doors to match existing color and 6 steel door frames. The two door frame banks of eight doors will each include two keyed removable mullions. Scope should be turnkey, including LCN 4111 surface mount door closers, Von Duprin panic devices, BEST rim cylinder housing (customer to reuse existing BEST cores), thresholds if needed, continuous hinges, door handles and 10"x34" door protection plates. All finishes factored in Satin Chrome or equivalent. All door sets to be removed shall be hauled off site and disposed of by the bidder |
