Description

Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 15,382 LF of 12” & 8” water, 14,644 LF of 10” & 8” sanitary sewer and 8,288 LF of 9’x3’ RCB through 18” RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and City of Caddo Mills ETJ specifications to serve 315 lots on approximately 108 acres. The project is located approximately 1,500 feet South and East of the intersection of S.H. 66 and F.M. 1565 in City of Caddo Mills, Hunt County, Texas.
