Construction of a 10,080 SF Dollar Tree in Weed, CA. This phase of the project will consist of site work and building the shell of the building. Trades include, but are not limited to: Staking Erosion Controls Final Cleaning Concrete (Structural, Site, Retaining Wall Footing Details on Sheet S041, HVAC Pad, 7 Light Pole Bases, Transformer Pad, Three Bollards @ Transformer Pad) Concrete & Electrical: #1 VE OPTION: The owner is reducing the number of Light Poles from 7 to 3. Please include a PER LIGHT POLE cost in bid breakout. #2 VE OPTION: The concrete in front of the trash enclosure can be replaced with asphalt. We still need concrete slab within the enclosure. Concrete NOTE: Floor Plan (Sheet A1.1 Note #9) shows a concrete cut out for future plumbing work. Masonry (Building, Retaining Walls, trash Enclosure) Rough Carpentry: VE OPTION: The trash enclosure is extremely over designed. All we need are posts and board-on-board fence, with a wood gate for the enclosure.
