Description | Construction of a 10,080 SF Dollar Tree in Weed, CA. This phase of the project will consist of site work and building the shell of the building. Trades include, but are not limited to: Staking Erosion Controls Final Cleaning Concrete (Structural, Site, Retaining Wall Footing Details on Sheet S041, HVAC Pad, 7 Light Pole Bases, Transformer Pad, Three Bollards @ Transformer Pad) Concrete & Electrical: #1 VE OPTION: The owner is reducing the number of Light Poles from 7 to 3. Please include a PER LIGHT POLE cost in bid breakout. #2 VE OPTION: The concrete in front of the trash enclosure can be replaced with asphalt. We still need concrete slab within the enclosure. Concrete NOTE: Floor Plan (Sheet A1.1 Note #9) shows a concrete cut out for future plumbing work. Masonry (Building, Retaining Walls, trash Enclosure) Rough Carpentry: VE OPTION: The trash enclosure is extremely over designed. All we need are posts and board-on-board fence, with a wood gate for the enclosure. General Metal Fabrication #1 VE OPTION: Please include the price for the Two Double Swing Gates @ Trash Enclosure, Trash Enclosure Roof, 3 Bollards - Owner is comparing price of metal to wood gates. Would like to see both on bid. Insulation Doors Storefront Glazing (Windows) Drywall Metal Stud Painting (Exterior) EIFS & Stucco Plumbing (Minimal) PEMB Erection (Please provide the cost for the erection only- Building is already in storage) Plumbing HVAC Electrical VE OPTION: There are 6 temporary strip lights inside of the building. We can eliminate these. (Please add these costs to your bid as optional) Earthwork Retaining Walls #1 - Please provide VE OPTIONS on way to save money or reduce size of planned project. Asphalt Paving #1- VE OPTION: The concrete in front of the trash enclosure can be replaced with asphalt. We still need concrete slab within the enclosure. Striping Landscaping VE OPTIONS: Please provide cheaper options Site Utilities (Water Service, Irrigation Water Service, Sewer Service, Electrical, Gas, Storm) Etc. VE Option: There is no need to install 6" fire line from street to building. There are no sprinklers in the building. There are 6 temporary strip lights inside of the building.
