Description

Contractor to supply HVAC coil and duct work cleaning services for commercial and residential style systems. Professional services for cleaning of HVAC coils and duct work in Residential and Commercial locations. Scope of Work for Cleaning of Air Handler Coils 1. Eliminate any dry debris from equipment by using a vacuum or broom and remove large debris from coils, fins and AHU cabinet. 2. Be sure the condensate pan and lines are free from blockage before you begin cleaning. 3. High pressure cleaning equipment can damage fins, and high flow units can overwhelm drain pans. Consider a coil-cleaning system that delivers around 125 psi and 0.5 gal/min. Some larger systems my require greater pressures or volumes. 4. Apply noncaustic, nonfuming coil-cleaning chemicals and let them sit for a few minutes to penetrate. 5. Thoroughly rinse off the chemical working opposite the airflow to push dirt out the way it came in and repeat the cleaning if necessary. 6. Treat coil and plenum with an EPA-registered mold inhibitor to prevent bacterial and mold growth. 7. Clean the condensate pan and drain line.
