Description

To provide quality landscape maintenance services for S.W. 12th Avenue (Atlantic Avenue to SW 3rd Street). The Scope of Services includes landscape maintenance of (29) landscape nodes located on the East and West side of SW 12th Avenue, in addition to litter abatement of all areas (5) days per week (Monday – Friday) by 11:00am, trimming of shrubs and trees one time per month, and weed and vine removal (2) times per month by spraying herbicides and/or removed by hand. No mowing is required in this contract.
