2023 Sidewalk Improvements

Description: The proposed construction consists of new sidewalk pathways at two parks. Work includes excavation, disposal of waste excavated materials, materials and installation, traffic control, turf restoration and other miscellaneous items of work. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. If a successful Bidder fails to execute and file the required contract and bond, Bidder agrees to forfeit bid deposit to the City as liquidated damages. This Bid will remain open for 45 days after the date of Bid opening or for such longer period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request of Owner.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
