RFP Design - Audio and Video Equipment Replacement

To solicit qualified consultants to provide Council Chamber audio/video (A/V) system upgrades utilizing industry standard production equipment in accordance with the Cerritos City Council's direction to enhance the viewing experience of televised public meetings. The vendor selected will be responsible for acquisition and implementation of all selected components, project management, and providing a complete installation that meets the performance requirements as stated in the final contract. Award resulting from this request for proposals (RFP) will be a fixed price contract to upgrade existing A/V equipment per the stated objectives and deliverables.
