| Description | A. Observe the conditions, operations and performance of the Schwing-Bioset, equipment. Inspect and calibrate all operating and safety controls. B. Review and record all operating conditions, temperature, pressure, voltage, amperes, etc. which are pertinent to evaluation of the equipment’s performance on all units. C. Evaluate lubrication on all moving / wearing parts of equipment. D. Test hydraulic systems and make any necessary leak repairs. E. Verify all lubricant levels in the hydraulic reservoir and gear cases, add oil as needed. F. Examine electrical controls and verify normal operations of all contactors and relays, and tighten all electrical connections. G. Written report after each inspection / maintenance to include the system conditions and a list of any material needed with pricing. |
