Description

Automatic Temperature Control System Replacement at Spring Hill Elementary School (the "Project"). The Project generally consists of the system to be controlled under work of this section is basically comprised of the building HVAC system. The HVAC systems being controlled are Boilers, Chiller, Associated Pumps, Rooftop Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Unit Ventilators, Rooftop Units, and Exhaust Fans. These specifications define the manner and methods by which these controls function. The project scope shall include all associated related work as shown on the project drawings and as detailed in these specifications to provide a complete and fully operational system.
