As of November 5,2020 The bids from RL Turner and Matt Con General Contractors were taken under advisement at that time as they both exceeded expected costs. Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the projected tax revenues are uncertain this year and would affect the bond issue required for this project. Board member M. Sheets moved seconded by Board member Mitchell to not award either bid for the Aquatic center project at this time. TPA Aquatic Center Bid bond 5% performance 100% payment 100% The city of Frankfort reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. *This project timeline has been extended due to the public health crisis.
