| Description | Replace existing older, unsupported Simplex Fire Alarm Panels with new panels that are compatible/integrated/functional with Simplex 4100ES panels. New panels shall be fully compatible with existing Simplex Fire Alarm equipment currently installed. Provide devices including new battery back-up units, Ethernet-network modules and fiber media kits (where existing). Installation labor is not included in this advertisement for bid. The existing wiring, existing detectors, and existing Simplex monitoring equipment will remain and be used with the new replacement panels. The intent is to reuse the existing fire alarm control panel cans where possible. All new control panels must fully integrate with existing wiring, detectors, door holds, etc. |
