Description

The project includes but is not limited to: ADA Ramp demolition and reconstruction, concrete slab and drainage improvements within front areaways, removal and resetting of existing granite steps, demolition of existing vault framing and slab, construction of concrete walls, backfilling of existing vault, reconstruction of sidewalk, installation of temporary ADA ramp, reconstruction of main entrance landing, replacement of main entrance doors at the Bridgeport City Hall located at 45 Lyon Terrace. Prevailing Wages shall apply. All bidders are required to submit a 10% original Bid Bond with their submissions packet. The Obligee is the City of Bridgeport. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for 100% Payment and Performance and Bonds , in the forms included in the Specifications.
