Description

In order to be a bona fide bidder all documents/information, and addenda must be obtained from the owner The Work shall consist of replacing and/or modifying existing fluorescent fixtures for LED operation. Simple wall box dimming systems will be installed in two areas. All work, including ceiling removal and replacement, dry wall repair, painting, and other associated trades, shall be included in the bid. It is intended that the work is to be completed during the last two (2) weeks in December 2023 (December 17 through December 31, 2023) HUB certified contractors are encouraged to bid for this project.
