This project consists of the contractor furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to: conduct demolition and removal of an existing gate; procure and install one single vault toilet building and one double vault toilet building (includes procurement and all necessary site clearing/grubbing, staking, excavation, installation, backfill, earthwork/grading, drainage ditches, cleanup, one-way freight, and crane); install steps, gate, and signs; construct tent pads, outdoor recreation access routes (ORARS), trash enclosures; and implement all other aspects shown on the plans. C.2 PROJECT LOCATON From the Bass Lake Ranger District Office, head East towards Rd 8017/Grizzly Rd and turn right onto Rd 8017/Grizzly Rd for .3 miles. Turn left on Rd 225/Minarets Rd for .3 miles. Turn left onto Rd 274/Malum Ridge Rd for 10.8 miles. Continue onto Rd 222/Bass Lake Rd for 3.4 miles. Turn left onto CA-41 S for 3.5 miles. Turn right onto CA-49 N. for 14.9 miles. Turn right onto Triangle Rd for 3.1 miles. Turn left to stay on Triangle Rd for 1.9 miles. Turn right onto Jerseydale Rd for 2.2 miles to reach Jerseydale Campground. C.3 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $500,000. C.4 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The Technical Specifications are set forth in Section J. SECTION D--PACKAGING AND MARKING D-1 PACKING AND MARKING All shipments of materials, equipment and/or supplies shall be addressed to the Contractor and not to the Government.
