| Description | This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Waste Disposal Service for the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA), multiple locations. This contract shall be effective for a period beginning July 1, 2022 or date of award, whichever is later, and ending June 30, 2023. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty-six (36) months. |
