Description

This project will consist of removal and replacement of HVAC equipment at Green Valley Elementary School, Malish Administrative Center, and Clemens HS. The following trades will be involved: concrete, demolition, steel, roofing, waterproofing, drywall, paint, resilient, sprinkler, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Fencing. Be sure to review the bid form, your numbers will need to be broken up between buildings and alternates. Please provide unit prices per the bid form. Also provide unit prices per the attached Exhibit A Unit Price form.
