Old Animal Shelter Demolition

The City of Salina is requesting Proposals from qualified contractors for the demolition of the buildings described herein, including loading, hauling and disposal of all building debris according to state and local laws. 2. The work does not include pumping out or demolition of the existing septic tanks. Septic Tank demolition will be by city of Salina forces. 3. Proposers should review the enclosed Contract form, including all exhibits, for additional information regarding the required scope of work and level of services for each location, and for the terms and conditions that will govern the Contract award to a Successful Proposer. 4. All work specified herein must be complete on or before January 1, 2023. 5. Building Descriptions Located at the 1960 State Street: 1. Animal shelter offices/kennel Building 2. Concrete block garage/storage building 3. Old shooting range viewing tower The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein. The work includes demolitions of the animal shelter office/kennel building, the storage building (garage), and the shooting range viewing tower, at 1960 State Street, (excluding footings, foundations and slabs which may remain in place) and leveling the site where the current buildings are located. Work may include fencing removal and re-installation at 1960 State Street, as necessary, to allow demolition activities to be accomplished.
