Pool Maintenance and Supplies

The awardee must supply certified pool operators for all work at SBBC locations. The awardee will be responsible for maintaining the seven (7) pools listed on the bid summary sheet Group B. The Awardee(s) will be required to provide the necessary required services during 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. If the required services are completed prior to the scheduled time frames, awardee’s staff may leave the area; however, awardee’s staff must be present during chemical deliveries. The chemical delivery schedule will be reviewed with Awardee’s staff and awardee prior to contract start. Awardee will also be responsible for making repairs as required. All repairs will be authorized by the Athletics and Student Activities Department Director or his designee.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Forming and Accessories, Concrete Reinforcing, Concrete Finishing.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Special Coatings, Cementitious Coatings.
Division 13 -	Special Construction, Swimming Pools, Recirculating Gutter Systems, Swimming Pool Accessories, Swimming Pool Cleaning Equipment.
Division 22 -	Plumbing, Pool and Fountain Plumbing Systems, Swimming Pool Plumbing Systems.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Special Purpose Lighting, Underwater Lighting.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Excavation and Fill.
