Early College Renovations With Birch Building

The work of this project includes selective interior demolition to remove existing non-load bearing partitions and construction of new non-load bearing partitions to modify exiting and access to the portion of this building utilized by early college students and staff. New doors and hardware are included in this scope of work. Electronic door access controls components and wiring are excluded from this scope of work. Electrical work in this contract includes rough-in for future electronic door access controls and changes to the existing exit signage within the scope area.
