Description | Scope of work to primarily include the following: o New construction of a 3,681 square foot facility with one training room and its supporting spaces. o Located at SE 15th St o Degrees Lat Long: 35.4452778, -97.3752778 o Degrees Minutes: 35 26.71667', -97 22.51667' o Degrees Minutes Seconds: 35 26'43", -97 22'31 All bidding questions and substitution requests must be received by 5:00pm CST, June 2, 2022. Bidding questions and substitutions should be emailed to the Architect of Record Clerk, Cindy Cunningham, at cindy.cunningham@guernsey.us. Please identify the project name in the subject of the email. All questions and answers will be posted on the website above as part of an addendum. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the website for updated information and addenda. Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened. Bids shall be made in accordance with the Notice to Bidders, the plans and specifications, and the bid forms, which are on file and available for public examination at the Office of the City Clerk in the Midwest City Municipal Center at the address listed above or for downloading at portal. The following documents comprise the complete bid package and must be submitted. Incomplete bid packages will be rejected. 1. Midwest City standard bid bond, surety bid bond form, or cashier's check in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid (cashier's check will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders following the acceptance of the bid). 2.
