Description

The Marshall University Office of Purchasing is soliciting bids on behalf of the Marshall University Office of Parking and Transportation to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of parking access and revenue control system (PARCS) this will include equipment, installation, labor, and supervision. PARC is expected to replace our four existing systems units at the following locations: x Sixth Avenue Plaza Transient Entrance Lane x Sixth Avenue Plaza Transient Exit Lane x Alley Plaza Transient Entrance Lane x Alley Plaza Transient Exit Lane.
