| Description | work to be performed consists of removal and replacement of 02 complete heat pump units. The contractor shall recover any remaining refrigerant within the systems before breaking any connections. Contractor shall remove current heat pump units and prep the site for installation of new units. Contractor shall provide all duct and electrical modifications necessary for replacement units. Contractor shall fabricate and install new condensate drain line and flush and pressure test all remaining refrigerant lines. Contractor shall install new thermostats. An operational test of the system shall be performed in the presence of a coast guard inspector.
