Description

Stormwater Improvements: Construct water quality facilities to collect and treat stormwater at 36th Avenue and near the intersection of 42nd Avenue and Railroad Avenue. Install drywell or water quality facilities to alleviate flooding at Winworth Court, the intersection of 47th Avenue and Llewellyn Street, and the intersection of 55th Avenue and Monroe Street. Decommission two drywells along Stanley Avenue and construct new storm pipe on Stanley Avenue from Hill Street to Ball-Michel Park. Install drywell or water quality facilities to alleviate flooding at Winworth Court, the intersection of 47th Avenue and Llewellyn Street, and the intersection of 55th Avenue and Monroe Street. Decommission two drywells along Stanley Avenue and construct new storm pipe on Stanley Avenue from Hill Street to Ball-Michel Park. This project is included in the city's 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of January 6, 2023, the project will be designed in house in FY2024. Construction will begin FY2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
