Rassekh Park Phase I Construction

The work consists of developing Phase I of Rassekh Park related to clearing, grading, and excavation; erosion control; tree protection; construction of a new public access driveway, parking lot, restrooms, pathways, utilities, and landscaping; and public street improvements. Bidders must submit a Bid security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their Bid. And additional $10.00 to cover postage and handling. Project Substantial Completion shall be 144 days from Notice to Proceed and Project Final Completion shall be 251 days from Substantial Completion. The City will investigate and determine the qualifications of the apparent successful Bidder as part of its evaluation of the responsive Bid with the highest points. The Contract will be for a Public Works/Public Improvement project subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Because the Citys estimate of contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:00 pm local time, on the date for receipt of Bids.
