Remove Existing, Furnish and Install New Air Handler at Monroe County Jail Mezzanine Level

Monroe County is seeking a qualified bidder to supply and install a complete working system that includes one (1) indoor 22,000 CFM Air Handling Unit (AHU), one (1) 75-ton Packaged air cooled chiller, and one (1) vane axial return fan with Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). AHU should be based on 22,000 CFM Air Enterprises sitebilt or county approved equivalent. Air Chiller to be based on multistack ASC075XCHB or county approved equivalent. Vane axial Return fan to be based on Twin City fan TCVA or county approved equivalent. VFD to be based on Yaskaw HV600 or county approved equivalent. Installation of new concrete pad is required for Air Chiller. Removal and Disposal of existing installed AHU, return fan, and associated piping is also required.
