Roof Replacement Project to the Littleton High School Administration Building

Town of Littleton, acting through the Littleton Permanent Municipal Building Committee, invites sealed bids for Roof Replacement to the Littleton High School Administration Building, Littleton, MA in accordance with the contract documents prepared by Russo Barr Associates of Woburn, MA. Bids are subject to Chapter 149, Sections 26 through 27D inclusive and Sections 44A through 44L inclusive. Bidders are to be DCAMM certified in Roofing Bidders will select the project and then need to register to receive plans, specifications, and addendums.The bid must be filled out and signed as directed therein, sealed in an envelope addressed to the Office of Finance and Operations, Town of Littleton, 37 Shattuck Street, Littleton, Massachusetts 01460, endorsed with the name and address of the bidder, and clearly marked as follows: 'Bid: Roof Replacement Project to the Littleton High School Administration Building'. The bid response shall include the required bid deposit.All questions about the bid specifications and plans are to be directed to Richard Gorham, Project Manager, of Russo Barr Associates at (781) 273-1537 ext. 24.
