| Description | The County is issuing this RFP for Residential Solid Waste Collection and Recycling Services in the unincorporated areas of the County to accomplish the following objectives. 1. Reduce reliance on convenience centers. 2. Secure services at the lowest rate possible by consolidating and contracting for residential collection. 3. Facilitate progress toward State waste reduction and recycling goals. 4. Reduce litter and illegal disposal. 5. Reduce vehicle traffic to increase safety and extend the life of County roads. | ||
