| Description | Brief description of work: The work to be performed for this project consist of the contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace four (4) existing load control generators at South Substation with three (3) new generators that meet Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE) National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and other applicable air quality rules. Replacement generators shall produce not less than 6.6 MW of power to remain in compliance with existing Commercial/Industrial Load Control (CILC) Program agreement. |
