This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B23Q0442 and solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates those provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. This solicitation is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. The small business size standard is $19.0M. The USDA, ARS, SEA, Exotic & Emerging Avian Viral Diseases Research, 934 College Station Road, Athens, Georgia 30605 location is seeking contractor who shall replace Air Handling Unit (AHU) in Building 39, Athens, GA. Work shall be performed in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). Questions.
