Job Order Contract (JOC) Refrigeration Services

The Job Order Contract (JOC) will utilize an "on call contractor" on an as needed basis for an indefinite quantity contract to provide all necessary materials, labor and equipment required to repair refrigeration related equipment throughout the District. This service provides, but is not limited to compressors, seals, locks & coolants on equipment as follows: In addition, this service includes repair and install locks on refrigeration units, ice machines, reach-ins, table tops and walk-ins, as well as install and repair flooring in walk-in Coolers and Freezers with Aluminum Diamond.
