Maintenance and Repairs at Fuel Sites

Fleet Management Division is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the maintenance, repairs and testing of all City fuel sites, including fulfilling the role of Designated Operator for the fuel sites incorporating underground storage tanks. Bidder shall provide services for all fuel sites operated by the City of Santa Barbara, including aboveground storage tanks (AST), underground storage tanks (UST) and associated equipment. The City of Santa Barbara reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, or to accept any bid or any part thereof, or to waive any informality in any bid, deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Santa Barbara. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award. Contractor must submit to the contracted department within 10 calendar days of an order, And Prior to Start of Work, certificates of Insurance naming the City of Santa Barbara as Additional Insured in accordance with the attached Insurance Requirements.
