Roof Replacement and French Drains

Contractor shall furnish all personnel, facilities, equipment, material, supplies, and services: B-16 Roof Replacement: - contractor shall provide and install as required, temporary weather protection for Building 16 contents during all phases of construction activities. - contractor shall remove and replace in kind and/or as specified, all existing Building 16 BUR, non-utilized roof penetrations, gutters, downspouts, downspout brackets, elbows, PVC drain piping, flashing, mastic and all associated hardware. Existing metal decking shall remain - contractor shall provide and install any metal decking required to provide support at areas where non-utilized roof penetrations were removed. - contractor shall remove all coping and flashing to the top of all existing CMU walls. - contractor shall provide and install on the Building 16 west side, CMU to match the height of the existing north, south and east CMU. - contractor shall provide and install scuppers and overflow scuppers within the west side wall CMU - contractor shall provide and install a new COR approved cold applied granulated fiber reinforced cap sheet roofing system with tapered insulation at 1/8" to 1/4" foot slope
