Description | Contractor to mulch and clear a property line for the installation of and maintenance of a new fence line along the eastern perimeter of Lake Bryan. This property line is approximately 8,350 linear ft. along the eastern perimeter separating Lake Bryan’s property from that of neighboring residents. The clearing and fence line shall extend from Sandy Point Road to Mumford Road along the indicated path. (See Attachment C: Project Drawings.) The clearing shall begin 5 ft. from the existing fence line and extend 25 ft. inward toward the Lake Bryan property. 1. A 20’x 8,350’ fence line clearing from Sandy Point RD. to Mumford Road. 2. A 12 ½ Gauge field-wire fence with one strand of 12 ½ Gauge 4-point barbed-wire running along the top. Field-wire will be 47” with the barbed-wire located approximately 4” above the finished top of the field wire. All wire and other materials must be manufactured in the USA. Contractor may seek BTU permission to burn with appropriate burn permit (contractor is responsible for obtaining permits). Mulch may not be left more than three inches thick in any area. |
