Cesspool Cleaning Services

The successful contractor shall be responsible for the pump-out, carting and proper disposal of the contents of sanitary septic systems owned or maintained by the Town of Smithtown and other related services as detailed herein, on an as needed basis, and as directed via Town of Smithtown purchase order. Vendors deviating from written work instructions do so at their own risk. Work shall include, but not be limited to Cesspool servicing, sewer and drain cleaning, chamber aeration, acid treatment, CCTV inspection, pool/ line location services and providing and servicing single use portable restroom facilities. All Work must be performed to the satisfaction of the Town of Smithtown. The performance period of this contract shall be one year from on or about February 2022 to on or about January 31 2023, commencing on the date of the Award Notification/Notice to proceed.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures.
