Design-Build - Installation of Owner Provided Boiler Units

The Scope of work includes design, engineering, and installation of two Owner provided PK Model N-1700 units. Remove two existing Peerless cast iron boilers from site; including disconnection of piping, gas line, venting, electrical and controls. Place and set (2) Owner furnished PK Model N-1700 Units Removal and disposal of existing vents up to main horizontal 24” single wall vent. Piping through the roof will remain in place. Cap two of the four existing openings on the horizontal main vent. Provide labor and equipment to move two owner provided boiler units from the Service Center to the Park View boiler room to be placed on existing pad. Reconnect boilers to heating water loop, natural gas, natural gas regulator vent and exhaust vent. Install two owner provided gas valves, two owner provided boiler circulation pumps, electrical supply to boilers, electrical supply to new boiler circulation pumps and all controls from boiler to gas valves. Insulation of new piping and any piping disturbed due to replacement of boiler. Start-up of units. Perform factory start-up of used boilers with a PK certified technician. Replace one heating loop expansion tank, Inspections by state boiler division, Permit.
