Description	1. This project includes the design and construction of a new single story steel framed building with brick masonry cladding in accordance with UNCW Architectural standards. The building will provide approximately 16,000 square feet of space to be utilized as teaching laboratories, associated instructional space and offices for the new Coastal Engineering program. 2. The proposed buildings will be located on an undeveloped area of UNCW's Main Campus, located adjacent to Parking Lot Q on Randall Drive.
