Lanier Filter Plant County Fiber Upgrades

This project involves furnishing, installing, and testing a fiber-optic backbone cable in ring network topology; utilizing existing cable pathways, i.e. spare duct banks and conduits, as routing spaces to complete the interbuilding and intrabuilding data backbones as indicated within the Electrical – Network Architecture Diagram at Lanier Filter Plant. Fiber-optic cables are to terminate at the Owner provided wall-mounted cabinets. This project also involves providing and installing new conduit for fiber optic cable, new standard 19-inch rack mount fiber optic patch panel enclosure, adapter panels, and connector adapters as indicated on the drawings. The contractor will need to provide and install dedicated conduits and conductors from a 120V power supply to a 1-circuit, duplex receptacle box as indicated on the drawings.
