Description

3.1 Demolition and disposal of existing single vault Romtec restroom. The existing restroom is approximately 8’x7’ and is situated on a 24’x14’ concrete slab. The refuge prefers complete demolition and disposal as part of this contract, however we request it be an add/alternate line item as we may elect to remove the above ground structure, concrete pad, and/or existing vault if necessary to meet our budget.
