The funding for the Natchez Golf Club at Duncan Park Phase I Restoration is from a 2021 General Obligation Bond Issue for Parks & Recreation and 2022 Capital Improvements General Obligation Bond Issue. No state and/or federal funds will be used for this renovation project. Principal items of work include interior demolition, exterior concrete ramp, front building exterior cladding replacement, new clad wood windows, steel window restoration, rough and finish carpentry, doors and hard- ware, full interior renovation of the front build.
