Ash/Waccamaw Multi-Use Building

Building construction is for a new 11,000 sf multi-use building with space for Brunswick Senior Resources, Inc., EMS, and Sheriff. Sitework construct ion includes drives, parking lots, storm water improvements, utility connections, on-site septic system, and landscaping. Building construction consists of a structural steel frame, slab on grade, metal stud walls with brick and metal veneer , single ply membrane and metal roofing, full plumbing ,mechanical, and electrical.
