Non-Play Turf Removal

The scope of work is for a unit price contract to remove the existing Bermuda grass by spraying with a specified herbicide; provide specified drip irrigation to water the new plants; and to add crushed rock and boulders where required. This scope will occur at various existing schools throughout the Clark County School District. Work includes, but is not limited to installing trees, shrubs, crushed rock, boulders; removal of existing irrigation spray heads, and high performance irrigation rotors shall be returned to CCSD Grounds Department; removal and disposal of debris and soils; fine grading adjustments, removal and/or addition to existing irrigation and repairs.
