Sycamore Golf Course Bridge 1 Replacement

Replacement of the first pedestrian bridge south of IL 64 (E State St.) over the South Branch of the Kishwaukee River. Fabricate, furnish, and install the improvements as shown on the Final Engineering Plans and as described in the specifications. Major work elements include installing a prefabricated bridge approximately 20 feet south of the existing bridge, relocating irrigation and communication lines across the river, removing and replacing bituminous cart paths, excavating compensatory storage areas, removing the existing bridge and piers, and restoring the site with native seed. The existing bridge will remain in use until the construction of the new bridge is complete.
